The Shower Spa Series, Resort Spa Series, and Universal Spa Series are lifetime warranted never to clog, or fail to operate properly. In the event of clogging or failure, please return the product to ETL C/O Government Sales Associates, 4972 North Orange Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32789. postpaid along with proof of purchase. The product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you free of charge.
